Hi, I am going to the add ons page and it says I am forbidden to use this area. I have been using this for over 2 years with no problems. Can anyone help?

I have a similar problem. I dod a top up of £10 but unable to use it to purchase an add on. It says "add on purchase error". I clicked on the link above and it says "sorry we cannot identify you as an ee customer". Help!
