I buy a new i phone 14 pro in October 2022 with full cover insurance plan when i was going to select insurance plan they (EE) said if you choose full cover insurance you will get extra benefit like £49 worth accessory (Minute One Case & Screen Protector) but since October 2022 i am going to pay my 4th EMI till yet i did not receive that benefit. daily i am checking my mail box in front of my main gate there is nothing and i am fed up with calling ee customer care they were saying wait ten days more you will get it. Now i am thinking they provide this when customers mobile broken up.

Sorry £39 not £49 by mistake i fill wrong amount. Please let me know you are going to send or not?
