I want to buy the xbox however it is asking me to link accounts but i do not understand what that means as I am a new customer I do not have a phone / broadband contract with them

Unfortunately, accessories are only available for EE customers, the only way you can buy this, is by going to a store, or get a phone with EE first.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
