Hi, I am going to the add ons page and it says I am forbidden to use this area. I have been using this for over 2 years with no problems. Can anyone help?

You need to access this link on your phone with WiFi switched off, @REDWARRIOR80.

 

Can you give this a try?

I am a 4gee wifi dongle connected to my laptop. my data is for that and I don't have a smartphone

you have to clear your browser history and cookies to get it to work.  It wasn’t working for me until I did that. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I am currently having the same problem, and when i click on this link it is still saying forbidden. Please can you help me

I had this issue earlier and the advice I can give you is you will have to reset your browser.

You will find that in your settings
