Hi, I am going to the add ons page and it says I am forbidden to use this area. I have been using this for over 2 years with no problems. Can anyone help?

Hello I am having the same problem, I have topped up £20 credit and it will not let me use it to add add ons, it says it is forbidden. I am trying to top up my mobile Wi-Fi which is run out so I have tried connecting it to allow me access but as it has run out I am then unable to load the page.

I am having the same issue, I have enough credit but when trying to access the add-ons page it says FORBIDDEN. My current data pack is almost out of data

I have that link bookmarked on my laptop. This is frustrating as my credit (bonus loyalty)is almost out
