Add on data roaming monthly charge from point of initiation

Is the add on data roaming charge in eu of 12.50 plus vat. Does it start from the point of initiation like a monthly charge from today or would you be paying for two months or April and May ?

@Geewhizz : The Roam Abroad Pass is charged £15 per billing month from the billing month you order it (text ROAMING PASS to 150) to the billing month you cancel it (text STOP ROAMING PASS to 150). It is unlike the older Roam Further Pass which was charged pro-rata for the time you had it.
