I've added BT Sport as one of my bolt-ons and was told I'd get details within 24hours. Not received any login details, only a text to say that BT Sport Ultimate INclusive Extra has been added successfully to my account. That's great, but it's not linked to BT Sport or the app and I've not received any instructions on how to do so. Can you advise on the next steps? Do I get an email, a text....anything?

Hi. I have activated the add-on and tried entering my number via the above link but constantly get a 'sorry we cannot complete your request, it can take a few hours to verify your number. But I activated this weeks ago and still cannot get into the TNT sport add on?

Is the add-on listed in the add-ons section of the My EE app?
Did you successfully verify your number the first time you activated it?
