I'm trying to access the employee discount site, https://employee-discounts.ee.co.uk with my work email (Openreach) to access friends and family discount codes.

I successfully used this account about this time last year for a discount code to upgrade my mobile.

However when i try to access the site now, i get the message, "ACCOUNT DEACTIVATED  Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame."

If i try to re-register i get told "The email address supplied is already registered" 

I see from other posts this is a fairly common issue.

Ive spoke to 3 CS reps over the phone & one via messaging but still no joy.

Surely it's just a case of someone from the correct team either reactivating the account or reseting it so i can re-register.

Can anyone help please?
