I'm on pay monthly. How can I get it back, it was free and in the boost/add on section, it lets me use the wifi on the tube and now because I accidently deleated it is now close to expering.

Hi yeah I saw that page. But it does not say what to do as a pay monthly customer if you accidentally deleted it off your plan (I was trying to delete something else but missclicked and stupidly confirmed) . I tried to follow the PAYG instructions but there is no option to text WIFI.

I pressed remove and now it is about to expireI pressed the remove button and confirmed and now it is about to expire.

If it doesn't show under your available add-ons once it expires, please get in touch on 150 to re-add it.

I have tried a few times now to get it resolved either I get sent in circles with 150 number with texts telling me my address is fine or I’m told talking to the wrong department…
