I’ve recently gone from O2 to EE
i was told in store due to my job I can request an EE perk code using my work email and apply this additional discount to my plan up to 30 days after initial contract being taken out.
when I log into my EE account it sends the verification email to my work email. I click verify my email and then it sends me to a page which says my email is already verified but I get no code to apply? And it hasn’t been deducted from my bill
can anyone help..

@Slc4 : You don't get discount codes from your MyEE a/c. You need to go to the EE Perk site for those.

So if you talk with your boss and colleagues, they should be able to advise you how to get a Perk Code. Once you have it, it can be verified and then the discount applied through a phone call to EE Billing department - I prefer to use the MyEE app as it gets you through to the applicable dept directly and easily.

I’ve done it through the ee perk site and nothing comes through

After verifying your account have you then tried logging back in to the EE Perk portal?
