Access to EE Perks for ex armed forces

I’m ex armed forces and have tried to apply for EE Perks by down loading my pension P60. This also says armed forces pension on it, but keeps being rejected. I’ve noticed a lot of folk have had this problem. What should I do?EE’s response to many messages like this says upload a copy of your pension!!

@W135966y   I would call customer services about his. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
