Hi.
I’ve just requested 6 months free of Apple Arcade through the EE app. I have then received a message from EE with a link to activate on the App Store but when I click the link it says it cannot connect to the App Store.
Is there anyone who can help me please?

I have changed the string with &id instead of null, but I am still getting the message that I need to update the OS. Even though I am on the latest OS which is iOS 26.2
Any ideas please?

Welcome to the EE Community
If you are having problems with the formatting of the link you have received just double check when you are correcting it that it looks like so http://apps.apple.com/gb/carrier?p=EE_ARC6M&a=********** with the stars being replaced by the numbers.
Just with you mentioning adding the &id, it is typically the &a part you may need to correct. If you are still having issues our technical team should be able to send out a correctly formatted link to try and see if that allows you to activate.
