I have activated the Apple TV add on but when I click on the activation link I get the message: This phone number is not eligible for this promotion.
I have spoken to tech support who have sent me a text to update my phone settings, the email address and phone number are correct, private relay is set to off they have checked it is definitely active on my account, tried sending me a new activation link which just does the same thing. Finally they told me to wait 24 hours. It’s been over 24 hours and it’s still not working. Any ideas how to resolve this.

I'd recommend getting back in touch so they can continue the troubleshooting steps.

Thanks for your reply. I spoke to them again this morning, it’s been escalated and we are trying a removal of the add on for 24 hours, a clearing of the cache and browser history and we will try adding it again tomorrow to see if that resolves the problem.
