EE Peeka Password Reset not working

I'm trying to get a code so I can upgrade but can't remember my password and the password reset is not working.

Please can you help?

Are you trying to login in to Perk with the email address you originally used to register? This would usually be your work email.

Has your work email address changed since you originally registered?

Have you checked your spam/junk folder?

I've checked my spam and nothing in there and my email address has not changed.
