Hi
I got a new contract which includes the £300 mastercard/ prepaid card and its been almost 3 weeks since i received my new phone and i have not received any further information on how to claim or when it will be received.
Can anyone help please?

@MooreMaster : You should receive a text to claim this between 15 and 30 days after purchase.

You'll receive a text to redeem your digital pre-paid card 15-30 days after receiving your phone. The text will go to the lead number on the account.

It's been 30days since i took out the contract & still no card!!!..... & don't blame Christmas!

I am sorry to hear you are yet to receive your card.
I would recommend giving us a call on 150 so our customer care team can look into this further for you.

Has anybody actually received their £300 digital card?
I'm still waiting & now "The Jeopardy Dept" say I'm not eligible???? This is in spite of being toldifferently by customesllr services on numerous occasions. Was it all a con????

The excuse they gave was that i had an "enhanced deal" ie - i sent my old phone back to get £14 off my monthly bill.
However....
Prior to that call today, ALL other customer service members have told me otherwise!!

I been told same thing. They applied a line rental credit to my 57 price plan I signed up for but never told me this and it works out less than the 300 card. I have spent over 10 hours onto ee back and forward now. It's an absolute joke and huge missell on ee behalf I am raging. Onto them again as I type this as I was told they would revert back to 57 tariff I signed up for and send out card then got a text saying my case has been closed but my tariff is now 57...er I don't think so without my 300 card. People signed up to these deals wanting the card for xmas and still trying g to sort in February it's a complete joke.
