Hi, I've just received a text with a 30% discount as a family member works for the company. Can anyone tell me how I apply this to my account please?

I believe discounts can only be added at the start of a new contract or when going through an upgrade and you would add the code then, you can’t add discount half way through a contract. Although I may be wrong

@Gareth43 is correct, the code would need to be applied when you upgraded or take out a new contract.

@RoyBoy77   If it’s a Friends and family discount this can applied but only if your within the first 6 months of that contract.
