24 days since taking out contract eligible for £300 pre paid card

I took a qualifying contract out (pixel 7 pro 25gb) to receive a £300 pre-paid gift card.

I have spoken to the customer service department and the rewards team who passed my details onto accounts. When can I expect the details for the pre-paid card? It has been 24 days since the contract started.
