Update on my phone upgrade

Hi, just wondering if I can get an update on my order. I went for the Sony Xperia 1, 128gb with free speaker. I have the order confirmation, but 2 and a half days later and I am  still waiting. Obviously there's a bigger thing going on but some help will be very gratefull.

I have checked this device and it is showing as in stock with few remaining. 

 

I would recommend giving us a call so we can look into the order further for you.

I have, order is confirmed but has been like that since Thursday morning.

I am having the same problem ordered a Samsung galaxy s20 2 days ago and still nothing . I keep getting told on here by EE when its ready to be delivered they will contact me. I get the situation but you would think they could keep us updated on our orders

@Katie_B, I called and they had to cancel the order and re-do with same deal.
