I currently have a windows phone with T-Mobile.
On Monday I upgraded to an IPhone SE with EE, to be delivered to my local EE shop,
I received confirmation email - " your orders on it's way" and another with the XKN number.
However, whenever I enter the "xkn" number and my email or current mobile number in My EE Orders - it states:
"Sorry, we can't show your order details right now. "
This has been the case since Monday.
I have had no text from DPD and obviously can't use the app on a windows device.
Can anyone assist?

You will either have to call your local store, or contact customer services to track it. There's no account access on here.

Hi, The shop did have my phone - I called in today - first chance I have had all week.
Still doesn't explain why the "track my order" webpage returned nu useful information.
