Hi there
I recieved an email stating that my new phone was on back order and although the date suggested for delivery was 16 - 18 Jan I have seen no further details on a proposed date when I believe the phone will actually arrive. With that in mind I wanted to contact support with regard to either changing my order or at least an actual date of order dispatch.
I would prefer not to phone someone or visit a store is there anyway this can be completed on a live chat

@meadowsc You've had a date of between the 16-18 of Jan. If you wish to change your order or make any queries queries about your current order you'll need to call customer service about this. If you ordered your device instore you'll need to go back to that store.
