I have a confirmation email that my air pods are on the way and have had nothing from DPD like usual

Hi @Rach147
You will only receive a text when your delivery is due, so if they are on the way it should be any day now. If you want a more accurate delivery day then give CS a call on 150.

I received the email on the 18th Sept hence why I thought I should have had a message by now as I ordered something that was out of stock two days later and that has arrived to day and had regular updates from DPD
I have tried 150 and all they say is DPD will be in touch hence why I tried here as a last resort before cancelling the order and complaining.

Were the Mobile Care team able to give you a tracking number or a DPD consignment number?

the only number I have is the order ref
xkoXXXXXXXXX the email just stated DPD will contact you and have had nothing else yet.
