Upgrade

Hi my phone contract end on the 12th of July, however I can upgrade early with no fees. My question is, if I was to wait till the 12th of July,will a new contract be cheaper for the iPhone 17? It’s current says £73 a month

Cancelled contract yet still getting billed

I cancelled my plan in March due to going travelling. Spoke with customer services, received wonderful support, plan was cancelled. No further bills to pay, no bills in April. Happy days. Come May, I got billed on the 5th, checked my scheduled paymen...

Balance incorrect

I paid my plan and flexi plan and is shows paid but the balance is still showing an equivalent of a month and a half on the balance. I have spoken to chat 4 or five times and they have said not to worry and that my account is up to date.  I have trie...
