Good morning @mariac83.
Welcome to the EE Community 😊
I'd recommend checking to ensure that all other calls are working successfully here, but like @truCido mentioned it sounds like this is most likely something that needs checking at an account level.
If you give our technical team a call, they'll be happy to help you get this investigated further.

Vm off and vm on, just turns diverts to voicemail off and on. It won't affect you accessing. It sounds like you'll need to call customer services as there is a problem with your account. Mines been fine all day

Thanks for the update, @mariac83.
Please keep us posted on how you get on here - there are a few settings we'll be able to check with your account first of all, but if needs be from there we can also get this raised to our offline teams for further investigation.

I have also got this problem since a Samsung upgrade about 2 months ago. Also contacted customer services which is unable to understand any nuances outside of standard questions and repeatedly ( 6 times) I received 'advice' to turn off then on VM. I have repeatedly informed the non human customer services that I can't access VM because a request has appeared asking for a pass 4 digits long that I have never seen before and never had. I am being constantly sent back to 150 which then starts again regurgitating 1,2 or 3 option numbers, none of which answer the problem but interestingly starts with trying to sell 'roaming' contracts, wasting so much time trying to find the one option I require to get help. None of these address the problem. I am now being bombarded often 4 times a day with the VM icon saying I have a new message. Do the customer services consist of live operators please? If so, how do I converse with them to resolve.

@Trigge7 If you dial 222, is it asking you for a PIN number? If so you've turned on mailbox protection so it asks for a PIN at all times, if this is the case then phone customer services and tell them you've forgotten your Voicemail PIN number and they should send you through a new PIN number.

They sorted my issue out pretty quickly, I had issues deep in my account which was not allowing me 2 get vm, still working fine, worth while calling them
