Voicemail is American

My personalised business voicemail has changed to an American voicemail ?.

Every time I put my personalised voice mail back on and ee says your personalised voicemail is on ,when it's not , when I call my voicemail it says golden dynasty .

Is this a hack ?

If you dial 222 from your phone, do you get the same "Golden Dynasty"? 222 is the short-dial for EE voicemail.

I suspect your voicemail speed-dial has changed to something else, but testing on calling 222 will prove this either way.

I'm guessing you have a Google Pixel? This is the Take a Message feature. https://support.google.com/phoneapp/answer/16515613?hl=en
