Hi @karlpoole

Are you in the UK.

Are you calling a number outside of your allowance. You are charged as normal on WiFi calls or EE network unless the call is on a WiFi app such as WhatsApp.

Thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

What makes you think that you're being charged for WiFi-calls?

Bear in mind that "calls" made using apps such as WhatsApp are not treated by either your phone or EE's network as calls, but are data usage - there is only routing within the app itself and not to other networks.

WiFi Calling doesn't change the charging for your calls. It is just an alternative method of routing your calls, not a way of avoiding being charged for them.
