using mobile phone in Switzerland and in France

Hi, I will be traveling on Monday I already texted ROAMING to 150 but I cannot see my spend cap in my account so I am not sure if I need to do anything else. I also have checked that as a customer of "pay as you go" my allowence should cover this trip ( in my account it shows of 30gigs data, unlimited text and calls) but still not able to see current pack name in my account only allowence shown.

There are no extra roaming charges in EU for PAYG.

You have the 30-day £20 Pack. What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
