SIM not working

This is **bleep** I had a new one yesurday I got it from the shop and was stuck in Apple Store for 5 hours and it was working but last night from 10.30pm it stopped working this morning I tried a Payg sim in phone and works I can not make no phones calls I don’t have a house phone and it’s Christmas thanks again ee this is a big issue this is not the first time so No do not come on ee I used to think they are good no on no signal is **bleep** everywhere too
