unable to send text messages

Hi, I have been unable to send text messages since sometime this week, and gets the error as in the screenshot. Any resolution to this would be appreciated. Many thanks in advance.

For sending texts, check your phone's Messaging app has the Message Centre no. setting for EE as +447958879879.

Hi @willxuxu
Are you able to use other features, like calling and using mobile data? As well as checking the message centre number as suggested above, could you try restarting your phone too please?
