Hi @alana14duffy

If your are using the carrier services (data phone) then you will be charged unless you have purchased an add-on.

https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/roaming/roaming-costs

WiFi you won't be charged but I recommend using a VPN over any public wifi network.

Thanks

You will need to buy a data add-on before you can use any of those data apps.

As it is not in EU, you cannot use your usual UK allowances there but will need to pay the charges or buy roaming add-ons as set out in https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/roaming/roaming-costs/countries/turkeyandnortherncyprus.

If you are on contract, remember to text ROAMING to 150 before you leave UK to ensure roaming is enabled on your account.

If you are on PAYG, make sure you have used your PAYG SIM to make a call or text before leaving the UK.

For billing purposes, "calls" means a voice call directly dialled or received through your phone's dialler app.

Use of apps is charged as data usage when done over the mobile network - regardless of how you are using an app.
