Trying to set up EE sim in Jersey as will be meeting it for the my holidays. I’ve managed to top up and get signal services but not being able to get any ability using the mobile services

EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network before they can be used abroad. If you didn't use that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK, you can't now use it until you come to UK.

Thanks for coming here. 

New pay as you go accounts need to be used on the EE network in the UK before they can connect to a roaming network.

Did you make a call or send a text whilst in the UK?

I haven't been to the UK yet. Going next week but just trying to set it up and make sure it works beforehand

I cannot call to any one there is problem  what I do
