texts saying sent but they dont recieve them

You've posted a subject line but not put any details in the body of your message, so I'll ask..

Are these texts that you've sent, or are trying to receive? If it's texts you're sending, is the issue affecting all recipients or just particular ones? If you send a text to your own number, do you receive it?

Are you requesting Delivery Reports or is it just that the phone is saying "Sent" but you've no idea whether they have been delivered other than by asking recipient?

yes exactly they have been delivered but recipient wont receive texts just calls

messaging recipient wont work, dont need delivery reports even then it says delivered but no one can receive messages from me just calls. dont understand why i have unlimited texts etc
