My daughter is in france, our bills are all linked and i'm on contract she is currenly out of her contract, and we don't plan to get her new one as its better value than anything on offer.
she has just gone to france, she has plenty of data but she can not seem to connect to roaming.
it would be great to talk to a human, ee don't seem to want me to do that so i hope someone can help in a timely manner.

Did your daughter enable roaming before leaving the UK? This is normally done by texting ROAMING to 150.
If not, then your only recourse is for someone with access to contact CS, there isn't any account access on this forum.
