Hello. I have a problem with roaming. I bought a SIM card in England, activated it. In your personal account, a 100gb package is displayed. But having arrived in Europe, it turned out that roaming does not work, only SMS is received about crossing the borders of countries. But calls and the Internet does not work. What are the options for solving the problem? Could the support service check my account by phone number and tell me what the problem is?

Hello @Tovariz.
Welcome to the community.
Have you used your SIM in the UK before travelling abroad?

@Tovariz : How activated it? Did you use that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad? EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network before they can be used abroad. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.

Good evening. In the communication salon, they told me that the tariff begins to operate only after activation, that is, after making a call in England. My tariff is active. The money was deposited, and later the activation took place, this can be seen in your personal account, in the history of operations. But nothing works in Europe... (

Did you make a call or text while in UK? Your pix don't show anything about you having made any calls or texts. You just haven't "activated" it enough to use abroad; just enough to use in UK.

Thanks for the answer. Should statistics show calls?
Perhaps something went wrong ... The solution to the problem now is to make a call from the territory of England, there is no other way to solve the problem?

All new PAYG SIMs need to be used on EE's UK network before they are then enabled for roaming.
There is no workaround.

I don't quite understand. The tariff is activated only after the call, I have an active tariff, which means that the call was made ...

Yes, that's what I said in the 1st place.
