Hi

Have done some research (this forum and wider) but going to take the

Thanks. Still flummoxed as sent iMessage (confirmation received) to other iPhone users. This has resulted in charges for two mms on latest bill. Discuss.

When sending an iMessage, if there’s a problem with the connection on either phone, the message can convert to SMS/MMS, this can also happen if iMessage isn't fully set up on either device. You can find more information on our Text Messages Converting to Photo Messages Help page.

If you feel like there has been a mistake with the way something has been billed on your account, I recommend speaking with our Customer Support team so they can look into it further.

Thanks for reaching out. iPhone set up as been same for eons. Never once been charged for mms with BT/Sky. I knows it’s “device and not network related” of course)
