We are going travelling in the Americas is there any time limit to how long you can use the roaming service if its inculded in my contract. We will be in Canada for 4 months then in the USA for 6 months then moving on to Mexico and south America. Cant find any information on EE app or website.
Thanks

@Tony6x6 You can roam 2 months in any 4 months period. After this you could be charged for international calls/text. If you keep the usage down you should be ok.

The stable-links policy is detailed on page 3 of the roaming "fair usage" PDF

These terms apply only to usage of your EE, Orange or T-Mobile pay monthly plan in the
EU/EEA/Switzerland
The Americas are not in EE European Zone.

Hi @Tony6x6
Thanks for coming here.
If you will be using the Roam abroad pass, the stable links policy as advised does apply. Please see our Roam Further and Roam Abroad Passes Terms & Conditions, Hep page for more details.

@Leanne_T : That still links (x2) to terms only for the EU.
If EE want this to apply worldwide then let it say so in writing & we can all refer to it.

I have asked for these links to be updated with the stable link policy for the Roam Abroad Pass.
