Hi, I’m currently on holiday in Menorca. 2 days ago at around 9.30 am my phone stopped working in these areas. I have plenty of data but I now can’t make calls and texts but I can receive calls/ texts. I can’t access the internet, only on wi fi. Top corner it says 4G and strong signal so can’t understand. EE Website was down for a long time so thought it was that. It’s back now but mobile only works when on wi fi but still can’t make calls/ texts and internet,only receive them. Any help out there thanks Douglas

Hi @City3Brim,

Did you enable roaming on your sim by texting ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK?

If not, you will need to either call customer service or log into your My EE account and enable roaming there.
