Since changing my contract my phone is not fit for purpose. Texts not sending, friends complaining that they can't get through to me either by text OR phone. Nothing else has changed. But there is always a problem, what can I do?

Which phone did you upgrade from and to? Did you get a new SIM card to use?

Have you tried resetting the network settings on your iPhone 7+
If you're having issues with the SIM, try and request a new SIM at either an EE shop or on the app (not an eSIM as the iPhone 7+ does not support that)
@Christopher_G He never said he upgraded his phone to a new one

Aare you able to try the SIM card in another phone to see if the same happens?
