'having problem' with activating roaming in USA

I'm a UK EE customer visiting the USA. I got the text message about roaming being available but it seems to be off under my Parental controls setting (I'm a big boy and I set these myself). When I try to turn it on it waits a few seconds, turns it back off and shows me this message.

Needless to say when I try to text INFO to 150 the message doesn't go through because ... my roaming is off!

Any help for this situation? I really would like to start shovelling my roaming £££ down EE's gullet but you're making it hard for me!

@rogerthegs : If you can't enable the Roaming Abroad and the Call Abroad & Premium Rate settings of your online MyEE, you will need to call CS. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. via Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
