Hi, I've just joined EE on PAYG, activated the sim etc and then ported over my old number, got a text saying the old number has ported over OK, restarted my phone several times, and the ported number is now active on my phone - but I cannot receive texts or calls, but I can send txts and make calls OK.
Any ideas...

When did your number port-in?
CS on 150 have access to your individual account and will be able to advise further.

Thanks for your message, porting was done only this morning, so I guess it can take a while to migrate across all the systems, and in fact now the txt have just started arriving and I can receive calls 😊 so problem solved.
