Hi there, I am in Cyprus and I cannot make any call or send any text from my EE. I tried to register in the local network but still it does not work. Thank you

Hi @helpro87. 

I hope you're having a lovely time in Cyprus. 

Did you activate roaming before leaving the UK? this could have been done by either giving us a call or texting ROAMING to 150?
