can't use abroad

Hello I’m in Italy now and I’m in trouble.

I GOT SMS FROM EE AND I COULD ADD ON £2.50 for 24 hour or 7days for £10.

so I wanted to add on 7days one but i tried many times but this shows.

Someone know why this happened???
