can’t switch my sim card back to roaming in the us

i’m in the US currently, how do i switch my roaming on in the US? it won’t let me text 150 to switch it on as it’s connected to ROAMING EU.. help please!!

If roaming has not been activated for the US, you would need to get in touch with our mobile care team who can access your account and get this set up for you.
