Increase in roaming issues

Is it me or does there seem to be an increase in roaming issues since the plan and purchase changes ? I appreciate some issues are lack of understanding by customers as to what they need to do. But there seems to be regular issues with some countries (US as an example) and also the process of purchasing a pack when you arrive seems clunky at best. Do any of the staff on here feed back to EE some of the issues raised ?

@ukms  It’s the same issues each year regardless of any roaming changes.  

There should be an option within the EE app to purchase any add on and it should start at 7 day then 10 day then 14 days and so on.    The longer time you need it the cheaper overall it should be.   No one should need to purchase two add ons for a 14 day stay abroad.     Best to get a tariff that includes roaming but this could be more costly over 24 months.
