No internet. My wife on EE has internet from O2.de my provider Vodafone.de

I have no  internet from EE . My wife on EE has internet from O2.demy provider says Vodafone.deWhat do I do ?I’ve tried going to Vodafone.de still nothing I have heaps of credit and dataswitch phone off and on zillion timesdriving me nuts

Using phone abroad

hi my son is abroad and has the roaming add on active he can text and whatsapp but can’t use his data anyone have any ideas why?

Unable to get phone signal

I am new user to EE. Got a message that my sim is activated and asked to restart phone. But later can’t see the mobile signal? Can some one help what is the issue ? Even I can’t call to 150 as there is no signal in my phone.
