Hi, im in the armed forces and i will be deploying to an EU country later this year.
Need some clarification:
When i exceed the 60 days out of 4 months by being outside the UK what will happen?
Will i be penalised for it?
This is out of my control and if i lose contact with my kids it will make my time miserable.
I am also not economically endowed.
Cheers

After the 4 months EE will ask you for an explanation why you are still roaming beyond the Stable Links FUP. If you don't satisfy them they will start to charge you these surcharges:

Thank you for the rapid reply
What counts as a satisfactory response?
Or is there no specific answer?

@chedab Give customer services a Callander tell them the situation and they can put a note on your account about your situation.
The Armed forces do get Special treatment with concerning phone contracts. Tell them first don’t wait.
