Receiving this message with calls I make that previously posed no issue. I have tried resetting the network, manual dialling, turning off and on wifi dial assist etc; to no avail. 
Any other help would be appreciated

Are the numbers saved as a contact?

I can text the numbers. And they are saved in contacts - I have tried deleting the contact and manual dialling the number as well

Can you call the numbers from any other phone?

They can call me and the numbers work from other phones including landline

Could you try the SIM in another phone, to see if you can call the numbers?

It sounds like this could be a problem with the SIM card, to get this looked into further please call us on 150 and the team will be happy to help 🙂
