Hi,
I'm hoping someone else has had the same problem and can offer me some advice? All of a sudden since yesterday, I am unable to dial my mum's landline number from my mobile? I have turned my phone off several times, it is on the latest update, I've turned on and off wifi calling as read somewhere that can affect it sometimes but nothing, I've dialled the number manually and deleted the number and resaved it but nothing works?! It is only my mums number and other numbers with the same area code work fine. My two colleagues at work are also on EE and they cannot call my mums landline either as it says you have dialled an incorrect number?! Can anyone help at all?
Thanks in advance

Unfortunately not as I can call her from my work phone and she answers and she can also dial out on it and call me on my mobile.

@stephb1980 I take it your work phone is not EE?
Has your mum change phone providers recently?
Given you and colleagues are unable to call her, it would be worth giving customer services a call to check out any possible routing issue.

No, our work phone is not EE.
Mum has been with the same provider for 2 years now.
I'll was trying to avoid calling customer services as didn't want to sit on hold for ages but I'm guessing that's the only way forward. Shame there is no live chat anymore.

This is likely to need a call trace instigated, which can only be done from the caller's end.
