@Mcintyre4 Are you on contract or PAYG ? If on PAYG you can use your pack allowance while there. If on contract you need to enable roaming on your EE account and you can do this by texting ROAMING to 150.
If you got this contact after July 2021 you’ll need to purchase the roam further add on this can be done via your online account or you can pay the daily rate of £2 per day to use your allowances. If your device even receives an email and you don’t use your device yourself you’ll get this charge on that day as that’s a data usage. PLEASE HAVE A READ OF THIS
if you got this contract before July 2021 you can use your allowances at no extra charge.
