Wifi Calling doesn't work when connected to VPN

Hello Everyone,

I would like to ask if anyone knows if EE will block Wifi Calling if we are connected to a VPN?

I have tried now 3 different providers of VPN, Windscribe, SurfShark and now ExpressVPN, in all, as soon as I connected to the VPN the Wifi calling stops working and it changes to Vo-LTE.

EE cannot guarantee that WiFi calling works outside UK & if the VPN service is located overseas ...

Welcome to the community.

We can't guarantee that WiFi calling would work through a VPN service.
