Hi @Stormcdog.
Thanks for coming here.
To get this issue looked into further I would recommend giving technical care a call.
The team have account access and can complete all necessary diagnostics.

Well that didn't start well.
Recently changed to full fibre provided by Truespeed and now cannot get wifi calling.
They have changed router still same issue.
Changed phone same issue.
Downloaded giffgaff esim on O2 connects straight away.
I am convinced it is a geolocation issue by ee
Visitors to house on ee network also cannot connect.
I can visit neighbours same ISP same router and phone connects to WiFi calling.
It appears to be same issue Starlink customers have experienced.

Hi @KimWard1
Yes you're correct. EE WiFi calling will only work in the UK and won't work on starlink or abroad even on a VPN.
Thanks

EE almost definitely have an issue with wifi calling. I have a full fibre line from Truespeed. Wifi calling via ee will not work. O2, 3 , Sky, Vodafone are all fine. I swapped sim cards between various phones and ruled out phone compatability. Router has been changed. I have tried to force wifi calling by putting phone in airplane mode and turning wifi calling on but no joy. 2 of us 3 doors apart have the identical problem.
I think the issue is EE is not seeing the correct geolocation. It makes no sense other mobile carriers work fine. EE worked OK until I left my previous isp which was on open reach structure.

Don't post your IP here, but if you put it into https://www.whatismyip.com/ what is the location shown as?

Hi @KimWard1
Sounds daft but tried turning the service off on your phone, restarting your device and then reactivating the WiFi calling service.
Thanks

Hi Northerner
I can assure you I have tried absolutely everything suggested and possible.
EE and Truespeed can't communicate.
Much as I dont want to just hope I can get released from my contract.
